The Court finds that due and legal notice was given all creditors of the time allowed and pla- ce appointed for filing claims against the estate of said Ruth E.Mitchell, deceased; that tre time so allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed against said estate and allowed by the Court, have been fully pq ;id and satisfied; that all claims and demands out- standing against said estate and not presented, if any there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded. It is therefore Considered and Adjudged by the Court that all persons are forever 1)arred from filing or setting up any claims and demands against, the estate of Ruth E.Mitchell, deceased, and said estate is fully settled and closed. The Court finds that the said Ruth E.Mitchell left surviving her as her heirs at law and her only heirs at law the following named persons: EMMA J.HOLLOWFAUGH, SARAH C.HARWCOD, MARIA E. FALCOITEP'. LUELLA H.ENING. CORA L.MERCHANT her sisters, and MARVIN A.MDAPHREYS, IRVIN R. HUrdPHREYS and FIELDING D.HTJMPHREYS, her brothers. The Court finds that the said Ruth E.Mitchell was at the time of her death the owner of the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to- wit: Lot Nine (9) in Block Sixteen (16) in Rollin,'s Addition to the City of Grand Island, and that under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, the said real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Ruth E.Mitchell to the said Emma T.Hollowbaugh, Sarah C.Harwood, Maria F. Falconer, Luella H.Ewing, Cora L.Merchant, Marvin F.Humphreys, Irvin B.Humnhreys and Fielding P. Humphreys, as tenants in common, to have and to hold to them and their heirs and assigns forever. It is therefore Considered and Adjudged by the Court that Lot 9 in Block 16 in Rollins Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death of Ruth E. Kitchell, intestate, to Emma J.Hollowbaugh, Sarah C.Harwood, Maria E.Falconer, Luella H.Ewing, Corn L.Merchant, Marvin R.Humphreys, Irvin R.Humphreys and Fielding D.Humphreys, in equal shares and in absolute title.
