FINAL DECREE.
Frank X.Hantz, Deceased.
Now on this 18th day of day, 1912, this cause came on for hearing upon the report of the
executors of the bast Will and testament of Frank X.Hantz, deceased, and it appearing to the
court that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in the estate of said
deceased of the filing of said report and of the time and place fixed for the hearing thereor by
publication, and there being no obiection. or protest on file, and it f?irther appearing after a
full examination thereof that said report is correct in all respects and ought to be approved
by the court, it is, therefore,
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of Mary Hantz and Joseph Hantz, executors.,
be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for their final account.
- The Court finds that notice was given to creditors of the said Frank X.Hantz, deceased, as
required by law and the order of this court, of the time allowed and place appointed for filing
claims against the estate of said deceased,; that the time so limited for filing claims has fully
expired; that no claims of any nature were filed; that all claims outstanding against the said
Frank X.Hantz and not so filets if any such there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded.
It is therefore Considered and Adjudged by the Court that all persons are forever barred from
filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Frank X.Hantz. deceased, and
that said estate is fully settled and closed.
