<br />RUDOLPH WEN 1ER, Deceased. 
<br />Now on this 6th day of May, 1912 this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of 
<br />Anna Hofmann, Administratrix of the estate of Rudolph Wenger, deceased, and it appearing to the 
<br />satisfaction of the Court, from the proof now on file, that all persons interested in the estate 
<br />of said deceased have been duly notified and have entered their voluntary appearance, waived time 
<br />'and further notice, personal or otherwise, and consent that said estate be finally settled, and 
<br />it further appearing to the Court, after a full ,, examination t ereof, t1lat said report is. correct 
<br />in all respects and ought to ��e allowed; that �� said administratrix has accounted for all of the 
<br />estate which came into her hands and that there remains no personal property for distribution, 
<br />it is therefore, 
<br />ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of Anna Hofmann, Administratrix 
<br />be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for her final account. 
<br />It is found by the Court that notice was given all creditors, as required by law, of the 
<br />time limited and place appointed for presenting claims against the estate of Rudolph Wenger, 
<br />deceased, that the time allowed has fully expired and that no claims of any nature were filed 
<br />against said estate; that all claims outstanding against said estate and not ttesented, if any 
<br />such there be, are therefore, forever barred and excluded. 
<br />It is therefore Considered and Adjudged by the Court that all persons are forever barred 
<br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Rudolph Wenger, deceased, 
<br />and that

<br />The

<br />finds 
<br />that 
<br />the said Rudolph Wenger was at the time of his death the owner of the 
<br />following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:- 
<br />The South West Quarter of Section 34, in Township 9, in Range 11, 
<br />The Court finds that the said Rudolph Wenger departed this life, intestate, on the 23rd day 
<br />of November, 1887 and that he left surviving him as his heirs at law, and his only heirs at law 
<br />the following named persons: CATHERINA MELVINA WENGER ( now Kunkle), his daughter, MINNIE 
<br />RUDCLPHIA WENGER ( no; Holiday ), his daughter, and ANNA WENGER ( now Hofmann), his widow, and 
<br />':!'that under the laws of the State of Nebraska, in effect at the time of the death of the intestate 
<br />Mall of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend to' Catherina Melvina 
<br />;I 
<br />lenger, and Minnie Rudolphia Wenger, his daughters, in fee and in equal shares, subject only to 
<br />:the Dower interest of Anna Wenger, the widow, in and to said real estate. 
<br />It is therefore considered by the Court that the SW of Section 34, in Township 9, Range 11, 
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, did descend at the death of Rudolph Wenger to Catherina Melvina Wenger 
<br />and Minnie Rudolphia Wenger, his daughters, in equal shares and as tenants in common ,subject 
<br />to the dower rights of Anna Wenger in and to said real estate.
