<br />OOURT of Meigs County, in the State of Ohio, on the 29th day of April, 1901, all of which is shown

<br />by a duly authenticated copy of said last will and testament and the probate thereof in said Meigs
<br />Pountyy, Ohio, duly filed in this office. It is further found by the Court that the said Nathan M.
<br />payre was at the time of his death the owner of real estate in Hall County, Nebraska, on which said
<br />gill operates, to -wit: Lots 5 and 6, in Block 2, in Boggs and Hill's Addition to the City of Grand!
<br />:i sland, and that-said last will and testament should therefore be admitted to probate in this cour�.
