<br />Now on this 6th day of April, 1912) this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of

<br />John Knoepfel, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of PETER N.MEYER, deceased, and it appear-
<br />:'; -
<br />.�ing to the Court that all persons interested in the estate of the said Peter N.Meyer, deceased,
<br />nave been duly notified and have prayed the court to allow the account of the said executor, wain-
<br />,'ing notice and time, and it further appearing after a full examination thereof, that said report
<br />pis correct in all respects and ought to be approved and allowed, it is, therefore,
<br />!;ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of John Knoepfel, executor, be and the same hereby
<br />.jis approved and allowed as and for his final account.
<br />The Court finds that the said Executor has accounted for all of the estate which came into his
<br />;possession, has paid the osts of minist tion, the funeral expenses, the debts allowed against
<br />1i the estate/,between the legatees as shown by receipts on file, and that there remains nothing in
<br />:his hands for distribution.
<br />It is found by the court that notice was given all creditors of the said deceased of the time
<br />limited and place appointed for filing claims against his estate, by publication and by posting
<br />as required by law and the order of court; that the time allowed for filing claims has fully
<br />expired; that all claims filed and allowed have been fully paid and satisfied; that all claims
<br />and demands against the said deceased outstanding and not filed within the time limited, if any
<br />such there be, are forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged that all persons are forever barred from filing or settin
<br />up any claims or demands against the estate of Peter N.Meyer, deceased, and same is fully settled-
<br />and closed.
<br />the Court finds that the said Peter N.Meyer departed this life on the 7th day of August, 1911,
<br />leaving a last will and testament which was in words and figures as follows, and which was duly
<br />'s ~admitted to probate in this court on the 14th day of August, 1911:
<br />" Be it remembered, That I, Peter N.Meyer an unmarried man of Bluelight P.O. in the County of
<br />Yakima and State of Washington, being of sound mind and memory, but knowing the uncertainty of (,

<br />kfter the payment of my just debts and funeral charges, I bequeath and devise as follows.

<br />a2nd I give and bequeath for love and dffection to my beloved sister Amelia Christiana Knopfor of

<br />;children or their legal heirs.
