<br />Now on this 14th day of March, 1912, comes Frank Koss, administrator of the estate of said decea-
<br />`sed in person, and by Fred W.Vaughan, his attorney, and files his final report as administrator
<br />;and petition for final settlement and assignment of said estate, and also Piles the voluntary
<br />'appearance and acceptance of notice of hearing of Amelia Koss Arundel, daughter and heir -at -law
<br />,of said deceased, and this cause coming on for hearing to the court upon said final report,
<br />"petition and the evidence, (Frank Koss being sworn and testified as a witness.) And the Court havi
<br />carefully examined said report and considered said petition and the evidence, and voluntary
<br />appearance and acceptance of notice of Amelia Koss Arundel, does find:
<br />1st: That all persons interested in said estate have entered their appearance herein at this time,
<br />2nd: That said Mary A.Koss deceased, died intestate, on the 3rd day of July, 1911, a resident and
<br />inhabitant of the City of Fremont, Dodge County, Nebraska.
