<br />The Court further finds, from the proofs on file in this case,
<br />that legal notice , -�s required by law and the orders of this Court, has been given to all.persons
<br />having claims against said estate of the time and place for filing sam& and that said time has
<br />expired and that all claims filed against said estate and d ebts thereof and costs of the admin-
<br />istration have been fully paid by said executrix and that all creditors and others having claims
<br />a "ainst said estate, if any exist, are forever barred and precluded and all unfiled claims and
<br />debts against said estate are barred.
<br />The Court furta:er finds that the said William Stolley
<br />died seized of the follo,.Tring described real estate situate in Hall County, Nebraska, towit:-
<br />The West half of the Northwest quarter of Section Twenty- eight (28) , the East h,:;lf of the
<br />Northeast quarter of Section Twenty -nine (29), in Township Eleven (11), Range Nine (9), Rest,
<br />and all of Lots Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7) and Eight (8), on Island, in Section One
<br />(1), and the 14orth:vest quarter of the Northeast quarter and Lots One (1), right (8) and Nine (9)
<br />of Section Eleven (11), in Township Ten (101, North of Range mine (5), West of the 6th P.;:..
<br />The Court J'urthea- finds t3 -tat the said William Stolley died testate and that all of the
<br />iegatees and devisees nar_zed in his said will, which has been duly allowed and proved in this Court
<br />and case, a re now living and over the age of twenty one years. That under the provisions of
<br />t le will and codicil thereto of said deceased, which have been duly allowed by this Court. all of
<br />the property of said deceased r.assed and descended upon his death, to the said Wilhelmine
<br />Frederika Stolley, widow of said deceased, for her use and benefit, including the rentals and income
<br />therefrom, and so much of the principal of the personal property as might be necessary for her
<br />support, during; her natural lifetime and that after her death the said estate , real and personal
<br />is first charged with the payment of $1,500 in cash each to Anna Leonardt, Minna Roeser, Clara
<br />Stolley, Ctillie Stolley and Olga Palmer, daughters of said deceased, the said several amounts
<br />to be paid out of said estate after the death of the said Wilhelmine Frederika Stolley; that
<br />the remainder of said property and real estate ?gassed, under said gill, subject to said life
<br />estate, and the payment of said sums above mentioned, in enual shares, to the children of said
<br />deceased, towit:- Frederick Stolley, Anna Leonardt, Minna Roeser, William Stolley, Junior.,
<br />Emil Stolley, Clara Stolley, Otillie Stolley and Olga Palmer, subject , however, to the use and
<br />occupancy of Clara Stolley and Ctillie Stolley or either of them in sixty acres composirig the
<br />horiestead of said deceased and his family, during the
<br />Stolley, or either of them rei:iain unmarried, and to a
<br />ied at the date of the death of their said mot pier, of
<br />fifth clause of said gill; that said property rassei
<br />time while said Clara Stolley and Otillie
<br />selecti4y them, in case they are unmarr_
<br />the personal property described in the
<br />i and descended and is hereby awarded,
<br />under the provisions of said will and codicil thereto of the said William Stolley, deceased,
<br />and the said executrix is Hereby authori?sd_ and empowered to deliver to herself all and singular
<br />of the personal esta to remaining in her hands to be held by her, under the provisiond- f. said
<br />will.
<br />The Court further finds that said executrix has accounted for all of the property coming
<br />into her hands and has discharged the trust imposed upon her, under said grill, and by the orders
<br />of this Court.
<br />It is, therefore, by the Court, adjudged, considered and decreed that all claims
<br />or debts not filed against said estate be, and hereby are, forever barred; that said final
<br />report of said executrix be, and hereby is, approved and that, upon the death of the said
<br />William Stolley, the above tescribed real estate owned it him a nd '_,he personal property not
<br />used in the nayrnert of debts and the administration of his estate passed and descended in the
<br />manner and form as provided in his said will and the codicil thereto, to the devisees and
<br />legatees named therein and is izereby awarded to them as in said will provided, subject to the
<br />liens and exceptions set forth tflerein and that the said executrix is hereby discharged, her
