<br />they shall maintain said

<br />imn-rovements thereon in as
<br />good condition
<br />as it is possible
<br />for them to do during their natural
<br />life time or while they or
<br />either of them
<br />remain unmarried,
<br />and in case of the death
<br />or marriage
<br />of one the survivor
<br />or remaining one
<br />to have all the
<br />rights and property given
<br />in the
<br />,then
<br />Fourth and Fifth Clauses of my will under the same conditions and with the same limitations.
<br />SIXTH: All he rest ,residue and remainder of my said property real, personal and mixed
<br />and wherever situated, I give, devise and bequeath, subject to the life estate of my said wife,
<br />and the reservation and life estate to my said daughters as hereinbefore set forth, in equal
<br />shares to my children as follows:
<br />Frederick Stolley, Anna Leonardt, (formerly Stolley, Minna
<br />Roeser ( formerly Stolley), William Stolley, Junior, Emil Stolley, Richard Stolley, Clara Stolley,
<br />Otillie Stolley and Olga Palmer,( formerly Stolley, and in case of the death of any of my said
<br />children, leaving issue or descendents.it is my will that his or her sharennot lapse, but be paid
<br />to such issue or descendants by right of representation.
<br />SEVENTH: After the death of both of my said daughters Clara Stolley and 4tillie Stolley
<br />or after the. marriage of both of them, should both be married at any time prior to their death,
<br />then it is my will and I hereby give, devise and bequeath, subject to their life estate as here -
<br />inbefore set forth the said home-

<br />stead, herein reserved and set aside for their use and occupancy, in equal shares, to my said
<br />above named children, or their heirs at law, as provided by the law of descent in the State of
<br />Nebraska.
<br />It is my will that the City of Grand Island should purchase said premises hereby
<br />reserved as a home for my said daughters, after their use terminates, for a Public Park, and in
<br />case the said city of Grand Island will pay as much for said premises as any private individual
<br />it is my desire and I express it as a wish and direction to my said devisees that the said City
<br />of Grand Island, be given a preference to purchase same, for the purposes stated.
<br />EIGHTH: I hereby name, nominate and appoint my beloved wife Wilhelmine Frederika Stolley,
<br />executrix of this my last will and testament and direct that she shall not be required to give
<br />bond as such executrix
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand to this instrument, consisting
<br />of four pages of typewritten matter, all of which I have identified by my signature, on this 15th
<br />day of November, A.D.1906.
