<br />I, William Stolley, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and die -
<br />posing inernory do hereby make, publish and declare -this my last will and testament hereby revok-
<br />i
<br />ing all former ;ills by me made.
<br />FIRST. It is my will that all of my just debts, including the expenses of my last sick-
<br />and funeral be first paid oi t of my personal estate in the due course of administration j

<br />SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Wilhelmine Frederika Stolley,

<br />H all and singular of my property, real, personal and mixed, for her sole use and benefit during

<br />c her natural life, including the rentals and income of all real estate, and the income from all
<br />�; -ersonal p operty, and so much of the principal of said personal property as may be necessary

<br />-ri�� for her support, during her natural life -time.
<br />THIRD: After the death of my beloved wife above named, and the termination of her life

<br />=estate, I give and bequeath, as a first charge upon the remainder of my said estate the follow-
<br />ing legacies:
<br />To my daughter , Anna Leonardt, ( formerly Stolley), wife of Emil Leonardt of
<br />;Cuero, Texas, the sum of fifteen hundred doll,1ss (91500) in cash:
<br />To my daughter, Minna Roeser, ( formerly Stolley), wife of Oscar Roeser, of Grand
<br />,! Island, Iebraska, the sum of fifteen hundred dollars (,1500) in cash;
<br />To my daughter , Clara Stolley, of Grand Island, Nebraska, the sum of Fifteen
<br />hundred dollars (y� 1500) , in cash;
<br />To ray daughter , Otillie Stolley, of grand Island, Nebraska, the sum of fifteen
<br />hundred dollars (4'1500) , in cash;
<br />To my daughter , Olga Palmer ( formerly Stolley) wife of Zay Palmer of Skiatook,
<br />Indian Territory the sum of fifteen hundred dollars ("1500) , in cash.
<br />The said above named beryuests in this clause of my will, to be made a first charge ui?on my

<br />Astate after the termination of said life estate and the payment of my said debts as hereinbefore

<br />FOURTH: I hereby give, devise and set aside sixty acres, a little more or less, of the
<br />°.,homestead now and for the past forty -nine (49) years occupied by myself and family, same being
<br />located u7 }on the 'Nest half of the ?Northwest quarter of Section T1renty -eight (28 }, and the East
<br />04` half of the Northeast quarter of Section Twenty -nine (29), in Township Eleven (11), North of
<br />Ho'Range Nine (9), Test in Hall County, Nebraska, the same being hereby given and devised as a home,

<br />-°;and to be held intact as such for the sole use and occupancy of my two beloved daughters, Clara

<br />Stolley and Otillie Stolley, as long as, and while they or either of them, remain unmarried.
<br />tea` This devise and gift of sixty (60) acres, a Tittle more or less, of land, shall be measured
<br />by a line drawn east and west entirely through said abov., described premises along the Row of Box
<br />Elder Trees situated Southwest of the houses, barns and lots located on said .premises, which said
<br />line shall be the South boundary line of said tract hereby set aside for said home, the North
<br />:'boundary line to be the Public Road running along the North side of said premises.
<br />It being my intention by this clause to give and devise to my said daughters, Clara and
<br />'Otillie, jointly and to either of tllem singly, in case of the marriage or death of one of them so
<br />long as either shall remain unmarried, a home and the free use thereof for that purpose, subject
<br />to the life estate in all of said property hereinbefore given to my said wife.
<br />FIFTH: I also give, and bequeath to mkt said daughters, Clara and Otillie, or to the
<br />::!survivor or remaining one, should either of said daughters die or get married, provided either or
<br />'I both of them are single at the date of the death of my said wife, all furniture, household goods
<br />;kitchen utensils, pictures, heir - looms,
