<br />of X50. as attorney fee, the said sun of 48.00 as probate fee,. and the said sum of $7.50 as
<br />printer's fee. The Court does further find that the said executrix gave proper publication
<br />notice according to law of her final settlement of said estate, and that said publication notice
<br />was by the Court duly examined and approved.
<br />The Court does further find that the administration of said estate by the said executrix
<br />has b- an in due form of law and entitled to ratification and confirmation.
<br />It is, therefore, by the Court considered, ordered and adjudged that the final report of the
<br />said ex-eci.itrix Ge and the same is hereby arproved and confirmed, and the said Court does hereby
<br />ratify and confirm and approve the action of said executrix in all things done and performed by
<br />her, as such executrix, and *hat said executrix pay into court the said sum of 10. due Sadie
<br />W.Nail, the said sum of x:500. devised to Anna Helen Waugh Hampton, the said sum of t,50. attorney
<br />fees, the said sum of ",8. probate fee, and the sum of 0"7.50 printer's fee , and that upon such
<br />payment of said sums into this court, that saij Ola Waugh, now Cla 14orison, executrix orb said
<br />estate be forever disch: -.rged from her trust herein. And now said Ola Waugh, now Ola Morison
<br />executrix having paid the several sums hereinbefore named to Ge paid by the order of the Court
<br />hereinbefore expressed, it is now on this the 1st clay of .Tune A.T.1.1911. by the Court ordered that
<br />said estate be and the sane is finally closed and said Ola Morison executrix is and her bondsmen
<br />are discharged from further duty by reason of said estate.
