<br />And now on this 1st day of August, 1910, . of the August Term of the
<br />Probate Court of Brown County, Kansas, comes on for hearing the application of the executrix

<br />in the above entitled matter, asking that her final report be approved, and that she be dis ch-
<br />arged from her trust herein, the said executrix appearing by her attorney, Sample F.Newlen and
<br />I
<br />Stella Waugh, -.s guardian of Eva Waugh, a minor, and Sadie Waugh Nail appearing by Clarence I.

<br />Spellman and S.L.Ryan, their attorneys. And thereon;-it appearing that the said executrix
<br />has not yet filed her final _account) the further hearing of the same is continued until the
<br />6th day of September 1910, at 10 o'clock A.M. of said day, and the said executrix given to the 1

<br />20th day of August, 1910 to file her final report.

<br />And thereafter, cr the said 6th day of September, 1910, the said matter came .on for /hearing
<br />and also came on for hearing the petition of the said Stella Waugh, as guardian of Eva Waugh, a
<br />minor, and Sadie Waugh Nail, setting forth the specifications of the objections to the winding
<br />up of said estate and the discharge of said executrix, And thereon, the specification Of
<br />objections was presented to the Court and duly heard by the Court, and over - ruled. And
<br />I
<br />tiiexeon, in open Court, all objections to -he fin&l re? ort of the said executrix were by the said
<br />Stella Naugh, as guardian of said Eva Waugh, a minor, and Sadie Waugh Nail, by their attorney,
<br />Clarence I.Snellman, withdrawn, and said final report of said executrix, then on file in said
<br />natter, was by the said Clarence I.Spellnan, as attorney for Rtella ww?zyh, as guardian of Eva
<br />I
<br />Waugh, a minor, and said Waugh Nail, admitted to be true and correct, and that he had no objec-
<br />lion to make to said report of the said executrix, then on file. And thereon, the Court not
<br />Teeing able to finish trie hearing of said matter on said 6th day of September, 1910, the further
<br />P
<br />i hearing of the same was continued over until the 7th day of September, 1910 at 10 o'clock A.M.

<br />of said day.
<br />2. Arid thereafter , on the 7th day of September, 1910, the further hearing of said
<br />matter was taken up, the said executrix appearing by her attorney, Sample F.Newlon, and the said
<br />,
<br />Stella Waugh, as guardian of Eva Waugh, a minor, and Sadie Waugh Nail, not appearing. And it
<br />appearing that notice of final settlement in said ::tatter had been duly given, as is required by
<br />law, and said final report ha ving^ ly filed in said ratter, as by the Court required, on or
<br />oefore the 20th day of August 1910, the Court did thereupon duly examine said final report of
<br />said executrix, together with vouchers filed therewitly and being fully advised in the premises
<br />does find t7iat the accounts of the said executrix are correct, and that the administration of
<br />said estate has been fully completed according to law.
<br />The Court does further find that by the terms of the Last Will and Testament of the said
<br />Anna Waugh, deceased, that a legacy of $10. was left to Sadie W.Nail, and a legacy of $500. was
<br />left for the education of Anna Helen Waugh Hampton, and that said sums of A10. and A500. shall
<br />be paid by the executrix into this Court.
<br />The Court further finds that the said executrix has received from the various sources and
<br />should be snared with "'1146.33, and that she has paid out in costs of said administration and
<br />I
<br />claims pronerly allowed against said estate, the sum of .659.95. leaving a balance in her hands
<br />of the moneys collected from said estate in the sum of jA486.38, and tiiat said sum of .x1059.95
<br />which said executrix is given credit for, includes A50. attorney fee to Sample F.Newlon, $8.00
<br />additional probate charges to M.C.Ham, ProT;ate Judge, and X7.50 -publication fee due the Brown
<br />County World, and that the said charges of $50. attorney fee, 78.00 additional probate fee, and
<br />�
<br />t57.50 due The Brown County World do not appear on the statement of the said executrix filed
<br />herein.

<br />The Court further finds t ".at the administration of said estate has been fully completed)
<br />and there remains nothing to be done except for the said executrix to pay into court the said
