<br />ORDER APPROVING ADMINISTRATOR'S FINAL SETTLEMENT.

<br />Brown County, ( IN THE PRORATE COURT OF SAID COUNTY.
<br />In the mattes of the Estate of
<br />William C.Waugh, deceased. ( On this 12th day of Aug, 1907 comes Ola Waugh, Admx,
<br />estate of William C.Taugh, deed and for cause the hearing of her application .for final accounting
<br />of said estate was continued to Aug. 14, 1907, and on said date the same was continued to Aug 16,
<br />1907. And now on this 16th day of August A.D.1907 came Ola Waugh Administratrix of the Estate
<br />of William C.Waugh, deceased, and presented to the Court her duly verified final settlement of the
<br />affairs of said estate, and also proof of publication of notice of such settlement. And it app-
<br />earing to the Court that said Administratrix caused due notice of final settlement to all cred-
<br />itors and others inte-restedin the said estate, to be published for four weeks in The Robinson Index
<br />a weekly newspaper pr.inted, published and of general circulation in Brown County, Kansas, the said
<br />proof of Publication is hereby approved, and the same and the copy of the notice is here ordered
<br />to be filed and made a part of the record-in this matter.
<br />And it further ap- Tearing to the Court that the estate of the deceased is fully adminis-
<br />tered, and there being no objections, the smatter of the settlement is now taken up; and the
<br />Court having heard the evidence , and having carefully examined the said settlement, and being
<br />well advised in the premises, now finds that the same is in due form according to Yaw, and fur -
<br />ther finds that said estate has been fully administered; that three years have elapsed since the
<br />appointment of said administratrix and that the debts are all paid, except that there remains
<br />a balance of 44032.35 due Ola Waugh by reason of the unpaid balance of a note allowed in the
<br />sum of $5000.00 ard interest on the same for three years at 5 o per annum in the sum of '750.00
<br />said balance being in the sum of $4032.35.
<br />It Is Therefore, now by the Court here considered, ordered and adjudged that the said
<br />final settlement be and the same is hereby approved and that the said balance due said Ola laugh
<br />b,e and remain as a judgment under said claim in the sum of "'4032.35, and that the said Adminis-
<br />tratrix and her bondsmen be discharged from further duty and liability in the matter of said estate

<br />and for !:he county aforesaid, do hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of the order
<br />approving final settlement of Ola ;Waugh as Administratrix of the estate of William C.Waugh, dec-
<br />eased, and the discharge of said Administratrix and her bondsmen from further liability in the
<br />matter of said estate as the same appears from the records of said Court.
