LITH0.RA- 4O.STATIONERY;OM&.A _ Final Decree• -.� 1 1 1 r u IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. 345 In the matter of the estate of ) FINAL DECREE Ward B.Smith, deceased, ) Now on this 1 day of February A.D. 1912, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of Jessie Smith, administratrix of the estate of Ward B.Smith, deceased, and, it appearing to the Court, from the proofs now on file, that notice has been given to all parties interested in said .estate of the filing of said report as provided by law and required by the orders of this Court; i and, it further appearing, after a fully examination of the accounts exhibited by said administratrt- rix, that all claims filed against said estate and allowed by the Court have been fully paid and i .satisf.ied, that the costs of administration and the funeral expenses have been paid and that there] i remains nothing in the possession of said administratrix belonging to said estate and that all claims outstanding against said estate and not filed, if any such there be, are barred and exclud- ed and that notice was given to all creditors, in the manner provided by law, of the time and place .for presenting claims against said estate and that the time allowed for filing claims has fully :expired, It is, therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed that the report of the said Jessie Smith, as administratrix of the estate of Ward B.Smith, deceased, be, and the same hereby is, in all things, approved as and for her final report; that the said Jessie Smith is hereby discharged as such administratrix and that all persons are forever barred from filing; or setting up any claims or (demands against the estate of the said Ward B.Smith, deceased, and that said estate is fully !settled and closed. The Court further finds that the said Ward B.Smith, deceased, left surviving him, as his heirs' `at law and his sole and only heirs at law, Jessie Smith, his surviving widow, and Harold R.Smith, a son. !The Court further finds that the said Ward B.Smith died possessed, as the owner in fee simple, of the following described real estate situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, towit; Lot Number Six (6), in Block Number Two (2), in Spaulding & Gregg's Addition to the city of Grand Island. That at the time of his death the above described premises was the homestead of the said Ward B. Smith and his wife, Jessie Smith, and that the same is now the homestead of the said Jessie Smith surviving widow of the said Ward B.Smith, deceased, and that the said Jessie Smith has a homestead estate in said premises. That upon the death of the said Ward B.Smith the above described real estate did pass and descend by absolute title, under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska, to the said Jessie Smith and Harold R.Smith, share and share alike, subject, however, to the homestead estate therein of the said Jessie Smith.
