Now on this 6th day of January A.D.1912, this cause came on for hearing on the final report of Clara Linn, administratrix of the estate of Alonzo A. Linn, deceased, and it appearing to the Court, from the proof now on file, that notice has been given to all parties interested in the said estate, of the filing of said report, as provided by law and as requir- ed by the ordexs- of the Court, and it further appearing after a full examination of the accounts exhibited by said administratrix, that all claims filed in said estate and allowed by the Court j have been fully paid and satisfied, that said administratrix has fully accounted for all of the estate of the said Alonzo A.Linn, deceased, coming into her possession or control, and that the costs of adininisTation and funeral expenses have been paid and that there remains nothing in the possession of said administratrix belonging to said estate and that all claims outstanding I against said estate and not filed, if any such there be, are barred and excluded, and that not - ice .pas given to all creditors, in the manner provided by law, of the time and place for pres - enting claims against said estate, and that the time so allowed for filing claims has fully i expired. It is ,therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed that the report of the said Clara Linn, as administratrix of the estate of Alonzo A.Linn., deceased, be, and the same hereby is, in all things, approved as and for her final report; that the said Clara Linn is hereby dis- charged as such administratrix and that all persona are forever barred from filing or setting up any claims or demands against said estate of the said Alonzo A.Linn, deceased, and that said estate is fully settled and closed. i The Court further finds that the said Alonzo A.Linn, left surviving him, as his heirs at 1 law and his sole and only heirs at law, the following named persons, to -wit: Clara Linn, surviving widow, Charles Linn, Earl Linn and Floyd L-.Linn, sons of said deceased. The Court further finds that the said Alonzo A.Linn died Possessed, as the owner in fee i simple, of the following described real estate situated in the County of Hall and State of Neb- I� raska, to-wit: Lots Six (6) and Seven (r) , Garden Place, and that ,at the time of °his death said premises were the homestead of the said Alonzo A.Linn, deceased, and Clara Linn, his sur- viving widow, and that the same is now the homestead of the said Clara Linn, surviving widow of the said Alonzo A.Linn, deceased, and that the said Clara Linn has a homestead estate in and I to said premises. It is , therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed that, upon the death of the said Alonzo A.Linn, the above described real estate did pass and descend as follows,: One third i to Clara Linn, surviving widow of the said Alonzo A.Linn, deceased, and two thirds ,to Charles i Linn, Earl Linn and Floyd L.Linn, share and share alike, subject only to the homestead estate therein of the said Clara Linn. .?.H.Mullin. bounty Judge.
