<br />the lost boundary line of said Section eleven (11) chains and forty two (42) links South of the
<br />Northwest corner of said Section, thence running North eleven (11)-chains and forty two (42)
<br />links to the said Northwest corner, thence East along the North line of said Section, eight (8)
<br />chains and ten (10) links, thence South, one (1) chain and eighty (80) links, thence in a-West-
<br />orly and Southwesterly direction along the bed of the main channel of Wood River to the place of
<br />beginning, containing two acres more or less.
<br />That the above described premises were in addition to the land and premises described
<br />in the original decree entered in this case on November 8th, 1011, and that on the death of said
<br />deceased the same passed and descended by operation of law to the heirs at law of said deceased,
<br />viz: - Cora B.Williams, Neva L.Whitehead; Eva MI.Garrison, Lillie 11i.Swain and 114inna ?:..Glade and
<br />Bessie F.Matthe rs, in equal shares, as tenants in common.
<br />It is, therefore, by the Court, ordered, adjudged and decreed, that the amended inventory
<br />filed by said administrator be, and the same hereby is, found to contain real estate and property
<br />belonging to said deceased -:-which was not administered in the original proceedings herein had;
<br />that said above described real estate did pass and descend, on the death of said deceased, in equal
<br />shares,to the above nar?ed heirs at law, as tenants in common, as provided by the laws of Nebraska
<br />and the same is hereby so avrarded to them, that the said administrator is discharged from his
<br />said trust, his bond released and said estate closed.
