<br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section I
<br />Thirty Two (32 ) , in Township Eleven (11), North of Range dine (9), West, in Hall County, Nebras-
<br />ka, thence running South two hundred and forty (240) rods; thence East fifty three and one-
<br />third (53 -113) rods; thence North two hundred and forty (240) rods; thence lest fifty three
<br />and one -third (53 -1 /3) rods to the place of beginning, being a part of Section Thirty Two (32)
<br />In Township Eleven (11), North of Range Nine (9), West, and a part of Section Five (5), in
<br />Township Ten (10), North of Range Nine (9), West, ( in said Hall County, Nebraska, containing
<br />SO acres, a little more or less, except the section line road running through same and that the
<br />last described tract was the homestead of said deceased and still is the homestead of said
<br />Louise F.Hansen, his widow
<br />The Court further finds that said deceased left surviving him, adi- his heirs and only
<br />heirs at law, the said Louise F.Hansen, his widow, and John N.Hansen and Henry r.Hansen, his
<br />i
<br />sons,all of legal age, and that the said above described premises passed and descended, by
<br />operation of law, to said heirs, as tenants in common, one third to each, subject to the home-
<br />stead rights of the said Louise F.Hansen, as above stated.
<br />It is therefore, by the Court , adjudged, decreed and considered that all debts or claims
<br />not filed against said estate are forever barred; that the above described real estate passed
<br />and descended, by operation of law, to the above named heirs of Ties Hansen, deceased, in equal
<br />shares, subject to the homestead rights of said Louise F.Hansen, and is so awarded to them;
<br />that said final report be, and the same hereby is, allowed and approved, the said estate closed
<br />said administratrix discharged and her bond released.
