<br />Doan plaintiff, and the East half of the Northeast quarter and the East half of the Southeast
<br />quarter of Section Number Two (2), in Township Number Nine (9), North of Range Number Ten (10),
<br />West, and consisting of 160 acres, is allotted to Richard L.IdcRullin, one of the defendants, and
<br />the North half of the Southeast quarter of Section Nuriber Thirty Two (32), in Township Number
<br />Ten (10), North of Range Number Nine (9), Pest, and the East half of the Southwest quarter of
<br />Section Number Ten (10), in Township Number Nine (9), North of Range Number Nine, (9), West, and -
<br />consisting of 160 acres, is allotted to Anna McMullin, one of the defendants, be and the same
<br />hereby is, made firm and effectual forever.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed that the costs incurred in this action,
<br />including an attorney's fee of $225 to Chas G.Ryan and R.R.Horth, attorneys for r._:laintiffs, and
<br />a $10 fee to Benjamin J.Cunningham, as guardian ad litem for the defendant, Anna McLfullin, be
<br />paid in equal portions by the plaintiff, Elizabeth Doan, and the defendants, Richard L.McH.ullin
<br />and Anna McMullin.

<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of the estate of
<br />: FINAL DECREE
<br />Ties Hansen, deceased,
<br />Now, on this 11 day of December, 1911, this cause came on for final hearing upon
<br />the report and petition of Louise F.Hansen, administratrix of said estate, and, it appearing
<br />from the proof on file in this Court and from said report that all parties interested in said
<br />estate, have waived time and notice of the filing thereof and asked that said final report be
<br />allowed and approved and, upon examination thereof, the Court finds that said report is in all
<br />respects correct and should be allowed.
<br />The Court further finds, from the proof on file in this case, that legal notice, as by
<br />law and the orders of this Court required, has been given to all persons having claims against
<br />said estate, of the time and place for filing same- that said time has expired and that ' all
<br />claims filed, together with the costs of administration., have been paid by said administratrix
<br />and that all unliled Maims, if any th-re be are forever barred and precluded.
<br />The Court further finds that the personal property belonging to said estate, should,
<br />under the law, be awarded to said Louise F.Hansen, widow of said deceased, and said award is
<br />hereby made.
<br />The Court further finds that said Ties Hansen died seized in fee of the following described
<br />real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: The South half of the Northwest quarter
<br />and the 1Torth half of the Southwest quarter of Section Thirty Three (33) in Township Eleven (11)
<br />North of Range Nine (9), Nest , containing 160 acres, also; the following described tract
