( FI11AL DECREE. <br />Now on this 29th day of July ,1911, this cause came on for hearing upon the report <br />of Edward Schleichardt, administrator of the estate of Theodore Scherzberg, deceased,and it <br />appearing that notice has been given to all persons interested in the estate of Theodore <br />Scherzberg, deceased, of the filing of said report and of the time and place fixed for the <br />hearing thereon, and for final settlement of said estate, as required by the order of Court <br />dated July 14, 1911, and no one appearing to object to or protest against the allowance of said <br />account, and it further appearing to the Court, after a -full examination thereof, that said <br />report is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed, it is therefore <br />ORDERED, .ADJUDGED AIdD DECREED that the report of Edward Schleichardt, administrator be <br />and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final avcount and he is discharged <br />of his trust. <br />The Court finds that notice as required by law was given to all creditors of the said <br />deceased of the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against his estate; that <br />the time limited for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed agiinet <br />said estate has been fully paid and satisfied, and that all claims outstanding against said <br />estate and not filed as required, if any there be, are therefore barred and excluded. <br />It is therefore considered that all persons are forever barred and precluded from filing <br />or setting up any claims against the estate of Theodore Scherzberg, deceased, and said estate <br />is fully settled and closed. <br />L r___9 <br />1 <br />1 <br />
