<br />eras given in the manner provided by law of the time alloyed and place appointed for filing claims
<br />against said estate; that the time so allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that all
<br />claims filed and alloyed have been fully paid; that all claims and demands outstanding against
<br />said estate, and not presented, if any there be, are forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is therefore ordered and decreed that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting]
<br />uYj any claims or demands against the estate of Henry Behr, deceased, and said estate is fully
<br />settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that the said Henry Rehr departed this life on the 1st day of November, 1910,
<br />leaving a last will and testament which instrument was duly admitted to probate in this Court
<br />on the 2nd day of December 1910.

<br />The Court finds that the said Henry Behr was at the time of his death the owner in fee of
<br />the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to Yrit:

<br />The North West quarter (i1.7d.4) of Section Thirty -four, (34), in Township Eleven, (11),
<br />Range Tl,relve (12), and The South half of the South East Quarter (S.-? of S.E. ,X) of Section
<br />Thirty (30), in Township Eleven (11), Range Twelvs (12), except 5 acres heretofore deeded to
<br />Joseph Newton.

<br />The Court finds that under the terms and provisions of the last will and testament of !,
<br />the said Henry Behr, deceased, all of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass

<br />and descend at the death of the testator to Mary Rehr, his widow, for and during the term of her i
<br />natural life, and that at her death the same descends to ELIZABETH D.REASONPER, FREDERICK
<br />CHARLES >EHR, MAY���E E.HCWE, ANNA JADE REH JOHN H.BEHR, HENRY s.AEHr1 AND DGRA BEHR, share and
<br />share alike, to have and to hold to them and their heirs and assigns forever.
