<br />natter of the estate of Henry Behr, Deceased. I, J.H.1- 1ULLIN County .Judge in and for said County,
<br />do hereby certify that on the 7th day of November A.D.1910, the instrument purporting to be the
<br />last will and testament of Henry Behr, deceased was filed for probate in this Court. That on
<br />the 2nd clay of Dece ber, A.D.1910, said instrument to which this is attached was duly proved,
<br />probated, and allowed as the last will and testament of the said Henry Behr, deceased, and the
<br />same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />HENRY BEHR, deceased.
<br />Now on this 30th day of September , 1911, this cause came on for hearing upon the
<br />report of Mary Rehr, executrix of the last will and testament of Henry Fehr, deceased, and it
<br />appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, from the proof now on file, that all persons
<br />interested in the estate of said deceased have been notified by publication , of the filing of said
<br />report and of the time and place fixed for final settlement of said estate, and `it further
<br />appearing to the Court, after a full examination thereof that said report is correct in all
<br />respects and ought to be approved and allowed; that the said executrix has accounted for all of
<br />the said estate which came into her hands; has received from all sources the sum of $1185.00
<br />and has ;said out the sum of °545.50 and that the balance in her hands, $659.50 goes to her as
<br />legatee under the will.
<br />It is therefore ORDERED , ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of Mary Behr, executrix,
<br />be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for her final account and she is discharged
<br />of her trust.
<br />The Court finds that creditors of the said Henry Behr, decease4 were allowed six months
