<br />of Nebraska; being of sound mind, memory and understanding and in the full, free and. foluntary
<br />exercise of all my faculties , for which I am duly thankful, and considering the uncertainties
<br />of this mortal life, do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament, revoking and
<br />former wills be me at any time heretofore made, in manner and form following, that is to say:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that all my just debts and funoral expenses be paid as soon after my decease as con -
<br />veniently can be done.
<br />Second.
<br />All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal of watsoever nature
<br />of.whieh I may die possessed or be entitled to at the time of my death, I give and bequeath to
<br />my beloved wife glary, in liew of her legal interest and right in my estate, if she so elect,
<br />the use and benifit thereof for and during her natural life

<br />On the death of my said wife all the property
<br />hereby devised or bequeathed to her as aforesaid
<br />or so much thereof as may remain unexpended,
<br />I give and bequeath and devise to my seven childre�

<br />Ia., my son Frederick Charles of Central City.
<br />Neb. My daughter Mayme E.Howe of Mood River,
<br />Neb., my daughter Anna Jane Behr of Mood River,
<br />Neb., ray son John H.13ehr of Wood River, Neb.,
<br />and my son Henry C.Behr of i9ood River Neb, my

<br />daughter Dora Behr, of Wood River, Neb., ehare
<br />and share alike and the their heirs and assigns
<br />forever; conditioned expressly however, that
<br />if any one or more of my children shall contest
<br />this my last will or atteimt to set at naught
<br />any of its provisions, in that event the share
<br />of any such child or children so contesting or
<br />attermiting to- set at naught my will shall
<br />lapse and be forfieted and that the share that
<br />said child or children would have received if
<br />i
<br />he or she had not contested mkt will, shall go
<br />to and be distributed equally among my other
<br />children so contesting.
