<br />In the matter of the estate of
<br />: FINAL DECREE.
<br />JAMES BURKE, deceased.
<br />Now on this 21st day of October, 1911, this cause came on for hearing upon the final
<br />report of Catherine C.Burke, Adninidtratrix of the estate of James Burke, deceased, and it app-
<br />earing to the Court that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in the
<br />estate of said deceased of the filing of said report and of the time and place fixed for the hea-
<br />ring thereon, and no one appearing to object thereto, and it further appearing to the Court,
<br />after a full examination of said report that the same is correct in all respects and ought to be
<br />allowed, it is therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of Catherine C.
<br />Burke, Administratrix of the estate of James, Burke, deceased, be and the same hereby is approved
<br />and alloyed as and for her final account and she is discharged of her trust.
<br />The Court finds that notice was given as provided by law to all creditors of the said
<br />James Burke, deceased, of the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the
<br />estate of said deceased; that the time allowed for presenting claims has fully expired; that all
<br />claims filed and allowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that all claims
<br />outstanding against said estate and not so filed herein, if any such there be, are therefore
<br />forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is therefore ordered, adjudged and considered, that all persons are forever barred
<br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of James Burke, deceased, and
<br />said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />It is found by the Court that the said James Burke, deceased, was at the time of his death
<br />the owner of the following described real estate situate in the.County of Hall and State of Neb-
<br />raska to- wi.t:- A tract of land in tree City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br />Particularly described as the north half of that part of Lot eight (8) of the County Subdivision
<br />of the South East ';uarter (S.E.1) of the South Nest Quarter (S.W. -) of Section Sixteen (16) ,
<br />Township Eleven (11) North of Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. which lies between First Street
<br />and Division Street in the City of Grand Island, and the southerly line of said tract is equid-
<br />istant from and parallel to said First Street and said Division Street.
<br />The Court finds that the said James nurke left surviving him as his heirs at law, and
<br />his only heirs at law, the following described persons:
<br />;nary Pendarvis, Julia Wright, Bridget Burke and Catherine C.Burke, his daughters, and Frank
<br />Scott, only child of a deceased daughter, his grandchild; that he left no wife and no other child
<br />or children and no other child or children of a deceased child, and that under the provisions of
<br />the law of the State of Nebraska all of the above described real estate did pass and descend at
<br />the death of the said James Burke, intestate, to the said 1 ARY PENDARVIS, JULIA WRIGHT, BRIDrET
<br />BURKE , CATHERI11E,C.BUR1M ANT) FRANK SCOTT in equal shares and in absolute title.
