<br />In the matter of the estate of
<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />Alfred C.Lederman, deceased,
<br />Now on this 11th day of November,1911 this cause came on to be heard upon the
<br />final report of Emma M.Lederman, administratrix of the estate of Alfred C.Lederman, deceased,
<br />and it appearing to the Court from the proofs now on file that notice has been given to all
<br />parties interested in said estate of the filing of said report as provided by law and as required
<br />by the order of the Court, and it further appearing after full examination that the account exh-
<br />ibited by said administratrix is correct and that all claims filed against said estate and allo-
<br />wed by the Court have been fully paid and satisfied, that the costs of administration and funeral
<br />expenses have been paid and that said administratrix has made due distribution of the balance of
<br />I
<br />'the funds remaining in her hands; that said administratrix received the sum of 1,792'and has
<br />paid out and distributed the sum of $1.,792 and that there remains nothing in her possession
<br />belonging to said estate; that notice was duly given to all creditors in the manner provided by
<br />last of the, time and "place" fixed, for presenting claims agair_st said estate and that the time
<br />alloyed for filing claims has fully expired.
<br />It is, therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that all clai.'ns outstanding against said
<br />estate and not filed, if any such there be, are barred and excluded.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed that the report of the said Emma M.Lederman, as
<br />administratrix of the estate of the said Alfred C.Lederman, deceased, be, and the same hereby
<br />is, in all things, approved as and for her final report; that the said Emma H.Lederman is hereby
<br />discharged as such administxatrix and that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting
<br />x
<br />up any claim or demand against the estate of the said Alfred C.Lederman, deceased, and that said
<br />estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Alfred C.Lederman, deceased, left surviving him Emma H.
<br />Lederman, his widow, Marie E:Lederman and Margaretha E.Lederman, daughters, and ]Alfred O.Lederman
<br />and George M.Lederman, sons, who are his heirs at law and his only heirs at law.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Alfred C.Lederman died the owner in fee simple of the
<br />following described real estate situated in the County of hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit:-
<br />The undivided one half of Lots Numbered One (1) and Two (2) in Block Number Sixteen (16)
<br />in Baker's Addition to the City of Grand Island.
<br />The Court further finds that upon the death of the said Alfred C.Lederman the above described
<br />real estate did pass and descend by absolute title under and by virtue of the laws of.the State
<br />of Nebraska in the following manner: One third to Emma H.Lederman, the surviving widow of the
<br />said Alfred C.Lederman, deceased, and two thirds to Marie E.Lederman, Margaretha E.Lederman,
<br />Alfred O.Lederman and George M.Lederman, share and share alike.

<br />I, J.H.Uullin, County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby certify that I have
<br />compared the foregoing copy of the Final Decree in the matter of the estate of Alfred C.Lederman
<br />deceased, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court that the same is a
<br />correct transcript thereof and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court,,
<br />of Record having a seal, Aich seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized
<br />to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the
<br />Records of said Court and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
