<br />Waugh 'Morison for the admission to probate of an instrument purporting to be the foreign will of
<br />Anna Waugh, late of Brown County, Kansas, deceased, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the
<br />Court, from the proof now on file, that all persons interested in the estate of said deceased
<br />i
<br />have been duly notified by publication, as required by the order of Court, dated August 18119109
<br />of the filing of said petition and of the time and place fixed for the hearing thereon, ILnd no
<br />I
<br />;one appearing to object, and there being no 'objection or protest on file, whereupon a du y
<br />i
<br />jauthenticated copy of the Last Will and Testament of the said Anna Waugh and of the proba e thereon
<br />_ I
<br />in Brown. County, Kansas, was produced and submitted in evidence. �
<br />On consideration whereof the Court finds that the said Anna Waugh departed this life on the 9th
<br />v
<br />say of January, 1909, leaving a last will and testament which instrument was duly admitted to
<br />'l probate in the Probate Court of the County of Brown and State of Kansas, on the 21st day of Janua�ly,
<br />;1909; that said Anna Waugh was at the time of her death the owner of the following described real
<br />;estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, upon which said will operates, to —wit
<br />Lot Five (5), in Block One Hundred Eight (105, Railroad Addition to the City of Grand Is and,
<br />i
<br />Nebraska, and a tract of land containing 39.75 acres in the North East Quarter of the North East
<br />Quarter of Section Thirteen (13), in Township Eleven (11), Range Nine (9), and that said last will
<br />I
<br />,and testament should therefore, be allowed and admitted to probate in this Court.
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the Court that said Last will and testament ofl Anna j
<br />;!Waugh is genuine and valid, that the same was duly executed and was admitted to probate i
<br />;Probate Court of Brown County, Kansas, and that the said last will and testament be admit
<br />"probate, established as a will of real and personal estate and recorded in this office.
