<br />At a session of the County Court held .at the County Court Room in Grand Island,
<br />in said County, on the 18th day of February A.D.1911, present J.H.111ullin, County Judge, In the
<br />r,1atter of the estate of Ferdinand Klingenberg, deceased. I, J.H.lrlullin, County Judge in and
<br />for said County, do hereby certify shat on the 25th clay of .7anuas. y A.D.1.911, the insi;ru.nent
<br />purporting to be the last will and tvstalaent 'of Ferdinand Klingenberg, deceased, was filed for
<br />nrobate in this Court. That on t1e 18th day of February A.D.1911, said instrurment to which
<br />this is attached eras duly moved, probated, and allured as the last Will and Testament of the
<br />said Ferdinand I'lingenberg, deceased, and the same eras ordered to be recorded in the records of
<br />the Court aforesaid.
<br />In 'Nitness 'Whareof I have hereunto set my hand and the seal of the said County Court
<br />this 18th day of February A. D.1911.

<br />The Court finds that said last will and testament was duly admitted to probate in the County
<br />Court of Hall County, 'Tebraska, on the 13th day of Februcxy, 1911.
<br />It is found '_,y ti-le Court that the said Ferdinand Klingenberg was at the time of his death
<br />the owner in fee of the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />The A;o�•th West Quarter of the South East Quarter of Section Sixteen (16), in Township, Twelve
<br />(12) in 1 a�a ge Eight (6) in 'vlerrick County 1, ebraska, and Lot nut. ber Four (4) and the west half
<br />of Loth Three 3 ", l oc'r n ?i' r Ti"ree 3 in Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand Island in
<br />Hall County, i11ebraska, and it is further found by the Court that under the terms and provisions
<br />of the^ last will and testament all of the above mentioned and d ascribed real estate did pass
<br />and descend at the death of the said Ferdinand Kiingenberg to Antje Klingenberg, his widow and
<br />sole devisee, to have and to hold to her and her heirs and assigns forever.
<br />It is therefore CONSIDERED and DECREED by the Court that the 1%"W.1 of the S.. of
<br />Section 16, in Township 12, in Range 8, in 141e-rrick County, Nebraska, and Lot 4 and the west 2
<br />of Lot 3 in Block 3, in Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand Island in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />did pass and descend at the death of Ferdinand Klingenberg, under the provisions of his last
<br />Will and testament to Antje lClingenberg in absolute title.
