<br />In the ri�tter of the estate of
<br />Ferdinand Klingenberg, deceased FINAL DECREE.
<br />Now on this 9th day of September, 1511, this .cause came on for hearing upon the final
<br />report of Antje Klingenberg, executrix of the last will and testament of Ferdinand Klingenberg
<br />decoasod, and it satisfactorily ay,,- +earing to the court that the said I.ntje Klingenberg is the
<br />sole legatee and devisee under said will, and the only person interested in the estate of said
<br />deceased, that she waives notice of final settlement and asks the Court to allow her account,
<br />teat all debts filed against the estate have been paiC: and it further appearing to the Court,
<br />after a full exaviina.tion of said report that the same is correct in all respects and ought to
<br />be a nToved and allowed it is therefore, aFDEF;rD, AT Tt %GF.P and DECREED teat the report of
<br />Ant j e 1 "lingen1)erg, executrix, be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for her
<br />final account and she is discharged of her trust.

<br />The Court finds that notice was given all persons in the manner provided by law of the time
<br />allowed and place appointed for fil ing claims against the estate of said deceased; that the
<br />time limited for filing clairhs has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against
<br />said estate have been paid in full; that all claims outstanding against aid estate ,and not so
<br />filed, if any the-re be are therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is therefore conoidered by the Court that all persons are forever b ^rred from filing or
<br />setting un any claims or demands against the estate of Ferdinand Klingenberg, deceased, and
<br />said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that tie said Ferdinand Ylingonloerg �i °Y >arted this life on the 15th day of
