MILL, Mi n PEqR3C� �3��UI'iG ML 0, <br />..jS654 -NLOPP & BARTLETT CO.,PRINTING,LITHOGRA ?HI NG, STATIONERY; CNIAHLI <br />David Byrne, Executor, be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for his final <br />account. <br />The Court finds that legal notice was given to all creditors of the time allowed and <br />place appointed for filing claims against the estate of Henry Roach, deceased, ; that the time <br />allowed has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed have been fully paid ; that all <br />claims not filed within the time limited are barred and excluded. <br />It is therefore considered and adjudged that all persons are forever barred and precluded <br />from filing or setting up any, claims against the estate of Henry Roach, deceased, and that the <br />same is fully settled and closed. <br />The Court finds that the said Henry Roach was at the time of his death the owner of the <br />following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit:- <br />Lots Five (5) and Six (6) in Block Nuiiber 14 of the Original Town, now City of Grand <br />Island. <br />The Court finds that the said Henry Roach, departed this life on the first day of February <br />1909 leaving a last will and testament which was duly admitted to probate in this Court on the <br />18th day of Z;iarch 1909, and that under the terms and provisions of said will all of the above <br />described real estate as well as the residue of the personal property now in the hands of the <br />executor, did Kass and descend at the death of the said Henry Roach to Margaret E.Leaden, a <br />sister of the testator, and his residuary legatee to have and to hold to her and her he:.rs <br />and assigns forever. <br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the Court that Lots 5 and 6, in Block 14 of <br />the Original Town, now City of Grand Island, zebraska, did pass and descend at the death of <br />Henry Roach, under the provisions of his last will and testament, to Margaret E.Leaden, in <br />absolute title. <br />J.H.Mullin <br />County Judge. <br />State of Nebraska <br />:es <br />Hall County ( In the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />I.
