<br />In the matter of the estate of
<br />DECREE..
<br />Ellen DI.Kellogg, deceased.
<br />Now on this 11 day of September, 1911, this cause came on for hearing on the final
<br />report of Charles G.Ryan, administrator of said estate, and his petition for settlement thereof
<br />and, it appearing from the proofs on file herein that all parties interested in said estate
<br />had accepted notice of the filing thereof and asked that same be approved and, on examination,
<br />the Court finds that said report is in all respects correct and should be allowed and approved.
<br />The Court further finds., from the proofs on file herein that legal notice as required
<br />by law and the orders of this Court, has been given to all persons raving claims against said
<br />estate of the time and place for filing same; that said time has expired and that no claims have
<br />been filed against said estate and that the costs of administration have been fully paid.
<br />The Court further finds that all other claims or debts, if any exist, are forever barred
<br />and precluded.
<br />The Court further finds that the deceased died seized of Lot Number Five (5) in Block
<br />Number Seven (7) of Packer & Rarrts Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />as shown by the recorded plat thereof; that said deceased died intestate on November 18th, 1900,
<br />leaving surviving her, as her only heirs at law, her husband, Charles W.Kellogg, and her daughter!
<br />Saba E.Swayze ( formerly Kellogg) who is, also, the daughter of the said Charles W.Kellogg;
<br />that upon her death the said above described property Passed and descended by operation of law
<br />to the said Saba E.Swayze, subject to a life estate of one third therein to the said Charles W.
<br />Kellogg; that the said Charles "'.Kellogg died in the month of June, 1910, and at his death his
<br />interest in said real estate terminated. The Court further finds that the said administrator
<br />has a balance of "8.88 undistributed in his possession which belongs to and should be distributed`
<br />to the said Saba A. Swayze, sole surviving heir at law of said Ellen M.Kellogg deceased.
<br />It is, therefore, by the Court, adjudged, decreed and considered that the final report
<br />of said administrator be and the same is hereby approved and confirmed and he is directed to pay
<br />the balance in his hands to the said Saba E.Swayze; that all unfiled claims against the said
<br />estate are forever barred and precluded; that the above described real estate passed and descend -
<br />ed, upon the death of the said Ellen 1IA.Kellogg to the said Saba E.Swayze, subject to a life
<br />estate of one third therein to the said Charles W.Kellogg, husband of said deceased, and that,
<br />upon his death, his said interest therein ceased and the said Saba E.Swayze, as sole surviving
<br />heir at law of said Ellon IA.Kellogg, deceased, took said title in fee; that said estate is
<br />closed, said administrator discharged and his bond released.

<br />compared the foregoing copy of the Final Decree in the matter of the estate of Ellen U.Ke�logg,
<br />deceased, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court" that the same is correct
<br />transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court "of
<br />Record having a Seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to
<br />sign certificates in his own name and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal, and of the
<br />records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
<br />In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court
