The Court finds that notice was given to all creditors in the manner provided by law, of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of said deceased, that the time all for filing c�z i ft has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that the funeral expenses and costs of admin- istration have been paid and that any claimsoutstanding ainst said estate and not filed, if any such there be, are barred and excluded. It is, therefore, considered by the Court that all �)e-rsons are forever barred from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of said William Frei, deceased, and that 4 said estate is fully settled and closed. The Court further finds that said executrix has received from all sources the sum of t hat 62 468-and has paid out and distributed the sum of $2, 468 and there remains nothing in her possession belonging to said estate. The Court further finds that the said William Frei, died possessed in fee simple of the following described real estate situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska.to-wit:- The Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section Number Two (2) and the East half of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section Num'oer Three (3) all in Township idumber Eleven (11) !,orth of Range Ivuriber Hine (9) ;hest , and that by the provisions of the last will and testament of'the said William Frei, deceased, said real estate did pass by absolute title to (Mary Frei, ;widow of the said William Frei, deceased. It is further ordered that the said Mary Frei , be discharged as executrix of the last will and testament of the said William Frei, deceased. J,H.Mullin. County Judge.
