<br />First. I direct that my just debts and the expenses attending my burial be first paid.

<br />Grand Island, in said County on the 30 day of January A.D.1911, present J.H.Mullin, County Judge.
<br />In the matter of the estate of William Frei, deceased,
<br />I, J.H.Ruilin, County Judge in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the 4th day of
<br />January A.D.1911, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of William Frei,
<br />deceased, was filed for probate in this Court.
<br />That on the 30th clay of January A.D.1911, said
<br />instrument to which this is attached was duly proved, probated, and allowed as the last will and
<br />testament of the said William Frei, deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the
<br />records of the Court aforesaid.
