<br />'The Court further finds that the said Fernando H. Chaffee died intestate in Long Beach, California,
<br />on March 313t, 1908, leaving surviving him as his heirs at law the following named persons: Delia
<br />Chaffee, his widow, and Edmund W. Chaffee, Elmer S. Chaffee, Wilbur T. Chaffee, his sans, and
<br />Ella M. Miskin (nee Chaffee), Abby F. Taber (nee Chaffee) and Minnie A. Chaffee, his daughters.
<br />That the said Minnie A. Chaffee died intestate and without issue or descendants on December 24th,
<br />1908, leaving surviving her as her only heirs at law the above named Delia Chaffee, her mother,
<br />,and the above named Edmund W. Chaffee, Elmer S. Chaffee and Wilbur T. Chaffee, her brothers, and
<br />the above named Ella M. Miskin and Abby F. Taber, her sisters,
<br />The Court further finds that the said Fernando H. Chaffee died seized of the following described
<br />real estate situate in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: Lots Numbered One, Two, Three, Four,P'ive,
<br />■ Six, Seven, Eight, Nine, Ten, Eleven, Twelve, Thirteen and Fifteen in Block Number Nineteen and
<br />lots Numbered Four, Six, Eight, Ten, Twelve, Fourteen and Sixteen, in Block Number Twenty Two of
<br />University Place, being an Addition to Grand Island, Nebraska, as shown by the recorded plat of
<br />said University Place on file in the office of the County Clerk of said Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that upon the death of the said Fernando H. Chaffee the above described
<br />real estate passed and descended by operation of law to the above named heirs at law of said
<br />deceased as by statute provided and that upon the death of the said Minnie A. Chaffee her undivided
<br />interest in said property and real estate, as one of the heirs at lase of her said father, passed
<br />and descended by operation of law to her above named heirs at law as provided by statute.

<br />It is, therefore, by the Court, adjudged, decreed and considered that said final report of said
<br />j
<br />.administrator be, and the same is, hereby allowed and approved; that all claims or debts not filed;
<br />against said estate are forever barred and precluded; that upon the death of said Fernando H.
<br />I
<br />Chaffee the said above described real estate passed and descended, by operation of law, to the
<br />heirs of said deceased as hereinbefore found, and that upon the death of the said Minnie A. Chaffed
<br />her undivided interest therein passed and descended by operation of law to her heirs at law as

<br />hereinbefore found, That the bond of the said administrator is hereby released, the said estate j

<br />,closed and said administrator is discharged from his said trust.
