Young In the Name of God Amen, I, Jennie U.Young <br />Of the City of Grand Island, in the County of Hall, and State of Nebraska,; considering the uncer- ,' <br />tantnity of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory Bless be God for the same, Do <br />make and publish this my last will and testement in manner and form following that is to say: <br />1st I Direct that my funeral charges the expenses of adminstering my estate <br />Second' That I hereby give to my only DauEAq x Amy i .Young the homestead situated On Lot 9 <br />Block 12 in Clarks A.:dition to the City of Grand Island, Nebr. Final Decree. <br />On this 30th day of July, A.D.1904 at 2 oIclock P.h7. this cause came on for hearin# <br />upon the petition and final report heretofore filed by A.Tharp, executor of said estate, praying <br />i <br />i <br />said report be received, allowed and adopted as and for his final report as said executor, and <br />that he be discharged of his trust and his bond cancelled. <br />The Court finds that legal notice was given all concerned in the manner provided by law of <br />the time and place for hearing upon said report and that no person appeared to object to or pro- <br />test against against the same. <br />The Court further finds that the time allowed for filing claims against said estate was six <br />months from the 20th day of July A.D.1903, and that the time so fixed was the time provided by <br />law and that notice thereof was given all concerned by publication in the Democrat, a weekly news -i <br />paper published and of general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska, and by posting in four <br />public places in said County, and that the time so limited to file Clair ^s has long since expired, <br />and thsLt all claims filed against said estate t oget her with the expense of administration have <br />ISi <br />i <br />
