<br />It is therefore by the Court considered and adjudged that all persons are forever barred from
<br />filin. or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Anthony Thomas Stovin, deceased,
<br />and said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that the said Anthony Thomas Stovin, was at the time of his death the owner of
<br />the following described real situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to— :rit':-
<br />Lots 9 and 11 in Block No.4 and Lots 8 and 10 in Block No.6 in College Addition to Nest Lavin,
<br />an addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />The Court finds that the said Anthony Thomas Stovin left surviving him as his heirs at law,
<br />and his only heirs at law, the following named persons:
<br />LUELLA M.HUFF and JULIA B. 00D, his daughters, and ESTELLA .WIEBLE� daughter of Laura Emma
<br />Wood, a deceased daughter,
<br />and that under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, the above described real estate did
<br />pass and descend at his death to the said Luella M.Huff, Julia B.Wood and Estella Wieble in
<br />equal shares and as tenants in commoh.
<br />It is therefore ORDERED AND ADJUDGED by the Court that Lots 9 and 11 in Block 4, and Lots
<br />8 and 10 in Block 6, in College Addition to West Lawn, an addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />in Hall County, Nbraska, did pass and descend at the death of ANTHONY THOMAS STOVIN,intestate,
<br />to LUELLA 1d.HLTFF, JULIA B.10OD and ESTELLA WIEBLE, in equal shares, to have and to hold to then
<br />and their heirs and assigns forever.
