<br />Now on this 5th day of July, 1911, this cause came on for hearing upon the report
<br />of Julia B.Wood, administratrix of the estate of Anthony Thomas Stovin, deceased, and it appear-
<br />ing to the court that all persons interested in the estate of said deceasedi have entered their
<br />voluntary appearance herein, waived time and further notice and asked the court to approve and
<br />allow the report of said administratrix, and it further appearing to the court, after a full
<br />examination the said report is correct in all respects and ought to be approved and allowed, it
<br />is therefore,
<br />ORDERED, ADJUDGED AlI DECREED that the report of Julia R.Wood, Administratrix of the estate of
<br />Anthony Thomas Stovin, deceased, be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for her
<br />final account and she is discharged of her trust.
<br />The Court finds that the said Anthony Thomas Stovin departed this life on the 30th day of
<br />September, 1910, and that he died intestate.
<br />The Court finds that notice was given to all creditors of the said Anthony Thomas Stovin,
<br />deceased, of the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against his estate, that
<br />the time limited for presenting claims has fully expired; that all claims and demands filed
<br />against said estate, and allowed by the Court, have been fully paid and satisfied; that all
<br />claims outstanding against the estate of Anthony Thomas Stovin, deceased, and not filed in this
<br />court within the time allowed, if any such there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded.
