Final Decree <br />Now on this 12th day of June, 1911, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of <br />Theodore Mahn, administrator of the estate of Henry Mahn, deceased, and it appearing to the <br />satisfaction of the court, from the proof now on file, that all persons Interested in the estate <br />of said deceased have been duly notified of the filing of said report and of the time and place <br />fixed for the hearing thereon, as required by law and the order of court, and no one appearing to object <br />to the allowance of said report, and.it further appearing to the court, after a full examination <br />thereof, that Said report is correct In all respects and ought to be approved, It is therefore, <br />ORD1,210), AJITUDGED AND DECREED that the report of Theodore Mahn, administrator, be and the same <br />hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account and he is discharged of 1%is trust. <br />The court finds that notice was given to all persons, in the manner provided by law, of the time <br />allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said Henry Mahn, deceased; <br />that the time limited for filing claims against Said estate has fully expired; that all claims <br />filed and allowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied;, that all claims outstanding <br />against the estate of Henry Mahn, deceased, and not presented, if any there be,, are therefore <br />forever barred and excluded. <br />It is therefore adjudged and considered that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting up any <br />claims or demands against the estate of Henry Mahn, deceased, and that said estate is fully <br />settled and closed. <br />The court finds that all. of the personal property belonging to the estate of said deceased has <br />been full accounted for and that there remains nothing in the hands of the administrator for <br />distribution. <br />The Court finds that the said Henry Mahn was at the time of his death the owner of the following <br />described real estate, situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit: <br />the South one-half of the South West Quarter of Section 2, In Township 10, in Range 10. <br />The Court finds that the said Henry Mahn left surviving him as his heirs at law and his only heirs <br />at law, the following nLunod persons:— Charles A.Boehl, Louisa II.St.Clair, Ferdinand i.Boehl,, <br />Emma L. Hunt, Otto J.Boehl, Louis C.Boehl, Pauline J.Blaheslee and Marie A.Johnson, all children <br />of Marie Boehl, deceased, who was a sister of the whole blood of the said Henry Mahn, deceased. <br />U <br />2.
