<br />The Court further finds that said deceased died seized of lots 5, 6, 7, and 8, in Block
<br />No. 37, in Young and Hay's Addition to Plattsmouth, Nebraska, and Lot 29, in Block 4, in Orchard
<br />Hill Addition to Plattemouth, Nebraska, and of an undivided one -sixth interest in Lot 1, in
<br />Block No. 17, in Arnold & Abbott's Addition to the City 9f Grand Island, Nebraska, which last
<br />described property descended to her as an heir at law of her mother, Caroline Zimmer, deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that said Elizabeth V.Heimberger died intestate and without issue
<br />or descendants surviving her and that she left no husband surviving her.
<br />The Court further finds that said deceased left surviving her the following named persons
<br />as her heirs and�nly heirs at law, to -wit: Caroline B.Knapp, her sister, and George T.Zimmer,
<br />John N.Zimmer and Franklin P.Zimmer, her brothers, each of whom inherited on her _._death an un-
<br />divided one -fifth interest in her -said property; that she also left surviving her Augustus K.
<br />Detwiler, her nephew, and Carrie D.Clarke and Grace V.Kuhns, her nieces, children and only heirs
<br />at law of Matilda A.Detwiler, deceased, who was a sister of said Elizabeth V.Heimberger, deceased
<br />and that all of said heirs at law are of legal age.
<br />The Court further finds that said administrator has accounted for all and singular of the
<br />property and money coming into his hands as such administrator and that there remains in his
<br />hands for distribution the sum of Five Hundred Thirty two 62/100 Dollars, which should be dis-
<br />tributed between the above named heirs at law, one -fifth to each of said brothers and sisters
<br />and one - fifteenth to each of the nephew and nieces, above named; that said above described real
<br />I
<br />estate passed and descended, bu operation of law, in the same proportion to said above named
<br />heirs at law.
<br />It is , Therefore, by the Court, Adjudged, Decreed and considered that said final report of
<br />said administrator be, and the same is, hereby approved and confirmed; that all claims or debts
<br />not filed against said estate are forever barred and precluded; that said .above described real
<br />estate passed and descended, by operation of law, in the proportions herein before stated,
<br />as provided by the law of descent in the State of Nebraska, that upon payment and distribution
<br />of the said sum of Five Hundred Thirty two 62/100 Dollars, remaining in the hands of said ad-
<br />ministrator, to the persons entitled thereto, as hereinbefore found, and the filing of their
<br />receipts therefore in this Court, the said administrator will be discharged from the said trust
<br />and his bond released.

<br />Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attaehed, that said Court has no Clerk auth-
<br />orized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and
<br />of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form od law.
