<br />in equal shares and as tenants in common, subject only to the homestead rights of the said Carrie
<br />B.Hodges in and to said real estate.
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that.the S.N. of Section 36, To wn ship
<br />10, Range 12, the South of the S.E.k of Section 2, Township 9, Range 12, the East of the
<br />N.W. , the East J of the S.W.k , Lot 2 on Island, all in Section 6, Township 9, Range 12, and
<br />the S.E.J of Section 35, Township 10, Range 12, all in Hall. County-Nebraska, did pass and descend:
<br />at the death of Lucian M.Hodges, intestate, as follows: One -third part of all of said real
<br />estate to Carrie B.Hodges; Two- thirds part thereof to Minnie Bly, Lloyd Hodges, Melvin Hodges
<br />Blanche Hodges and Elmer Hodges, to have and to hold to them and their heirs and assigns forever.';
<br />subject to the homestead rights of the said Carrie B.Hodges in and to said real estate.

<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of the estate of i Richard Moore, deceased. FINAL DECREE.
<br />Now on this 11 day of March, 1911, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />and petition of James Keefe, executor of said estate, foe a settlement thereof, and it appearing
<br />from the proofs on file in this Court, that legal notice, as by law and the orders of this Court j
<br />required, ,has been given all parties interested in said estate of the filing of said petition
<br />and report and the time for hearing thereon, and there being no objections thereto, the Court.,
<br />upon examination thereof, finds that same is in all respects correct and should be allowed and
<br />approved. The Court further finds, from the proofs on file in this case, that legal notice
<br />as required by law and the orders of this Court, has been given to all persons having claims 4
<br />against said estate, of the time and place for filing same and that said time has expired and
<br />that all debts of said estate, with costs of administration, have been fully paid and that all
<br />other claims or debts thereof, if any exist, are forever barred and precluded.
<br />The Court further finds that said Richard Moore, deceased, e of the following real

<br />estate all situate( in Hall County, Nebraska, to merit:- The ast quarter, and the South-

<br />west quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 27; and the South half of the Southeast quar-

<br />east quarter of Section 26 all in Township 10, north of Range 12, West ; and the North half of
