FINAL DECREE. <br />Now on this 6th day of May 1911, this cause came on for hearing upon the report of <br />Arthur C.Mayer, Administrator with the will annexed of the estate of Christian Hann, deceased, <br />and it satisfactorily appearing to the court that all persona interested in the estate of said <br />deceased have been duly notified of the filing of said report and have entered their voluntary <br />appearance herein and waived further notice, approved the report and agreod to its adoption <br />and it further appearing to the court, after a full examination of said report, that the same is <br />correct in all respects and ought to be approved and allowed, it is therefore, <br />ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of Arthur C.Mayer, Administrator with the <br />Will annexed of the estate of Christian Hann, deceased, be and the same hereby, is approved and <br />allowed as and for his final report and he is discharged of his trust. <br />The court finds that due and legal notice was given to all creditors, by posting and by <br />publication as required by law, of the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against <br />the estate of said deceased; that the time limited for presenting claims has fully expired; <br />that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that all <br />claims outstanding againstsaid estate and not presented for allowance within the time allowed, if <br />any such there be , are therefore forever barred and excluded. <br />It is therefore adjudged and decreed that all persons are forever barred from filing or <br />setting up any claims or demands agaizf ,t the estate of Christian Hann, deceased, and said estate <br />is fully settled and closed. <br />It is found by the court that the said Christian Hann, departed this life on the first .day <br />of May 1910; that he left a last will and testament which was duly admitted to probate herein on <br />the Blot day of May 1910, and which was in words and figures as follows : - <br />I, Christian Hann of Grand Island in the County of hail and State of Nebraska, <br />being of sound mind and memory, dec declare this to be my last Will and Testament. <br />1 I direct that mfr funeral charges- and all my legal debts be paid out of my personal estate. <br />II give and bequeath to my wife Carolina Hann all my real and personal property of every name <br />and kind whatsoever, that I shall be possessed of at my decease. To have and enjoy same: -®tnd <br />with full power and authority to encumber it by, mortgage or other liens, or to sell and convey <br />the fee simple by deed of special or general warrantee, as she may see fit and proper. <br />III At the death of my wife Carolina Hann I desire that the property known as Lot Six (6) <br />and the West (1/3) one third of Lot Seven (7) in Block Numbered One Hundred and twenty -eight <br />(128) in Koenig & Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand Island Nebraska ff be given to Charles <br />A.Hann my son together with all the hereditiments and appurtenances thereonto belonging or in <br />any wise pertaining. To have #0 to hold said premises to his heirs and assigns forever. <br />IIZI I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary wife of Peter Gert at the death of my wife Three <br />Hundred ($300.00) Dollars in cash to be paid her in Gold Coin or legal money of the United States. <br />V All the balance of property both real and personal at the decease of my wife except as <br />heretofore bequeath shall be devided share and share alike to my children John C., Charles A., <br />Mary, Minna and Frieda. <br />In witness Whereof I have to this my last will and testament consisting of two sheets of paper <br />subscribed my name this 18th day of April 1892. <br />Christian Hann. <br />Subscribed by the testator in the presence of each of us and at the same time declared by him <br />to be his last will and testament and thereupon we at the request of the testator sign our names <br />hereunto this 18th day of April 1892. <br />I- <br />
