<br />IN THE' COUNTY COURT OF HALL COMITY) NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of the estate of
<br />Final decree.
<br />August Lang, deceased:
<br />This cause came on for hearing this 29 day of April A.D.1911, upon the petition and final
<br />report heretofore filed by Joseph Sonderman administrator of the estate of August Lang, deceased,
<br />praying that said report be received and adopted as and for the final report, that he be discharged
<br />of his trust as such administrator. upon hearing the evidence and examination of said report of
<br />said administrator, I find the same is true and correct in all respects and ought to be approved
<br />as and for the final report of said administrator of said estate. The Court finds from proof on
<br />file that due and legal notice was given all concerned in the manner required by law of the time
<br />and place of the hearing on said final report and that no one appeared to object to or protest
<br />against the allowance of the same.
<br />The Court further finds that the time fixed for filing claims against said estate was the time
<br />provided by law, and that due and legal notice thereof was given by publishing a notice in the
<br />Free press and posting; the same as by law provided and the order of this Court and that said time has fully
<br />expired; and that all claims filed in thAs Court and presented to the administrator have been fully
<br />settled, paid and' charged together with all fees and expenses pertaining to the administration of
<br />
