<br />said trust or his suceessor, upon appointing another trustee to fill his place.
<br />6th. The said trustee shall not have Dower to convey any of the said trust estate, during
<br />my wife's life, unless she join him in the execution of the conveyance thereof, and her so
<br />joining shall be conclusive evidence of the giving of the request named in the above paragraph

<br />report showing the details of the administration of this trust.
