<br />WILL X"'M DECREE Y ' I. Marshall Morse of the Village of Shelton County of Buffalo and State of
<br />1le1braska, considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory,
<br />blessed be God for the same, do make and publish this my last will and testament, in manner and
<br />form following that is to say:
<br />FIRST I direct that my funoral charges, the expense of administering my estate, and all my
<br />just debts be paid out of my personal estate or property. If that be not sufficient I authorize I
<br />my executor hereafter named to sell so much of my real estate as may be necessary for that pur-
<br />pose; also to pay for a suitable monument.
<br />SECOND I give and bequeath to my beloved sister Mrs. Alma Iai.Stone of Port Crane Broom
<br />County, Naa York, the sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars in cash,loyshe to receive the same as soon
<br />after my death as pos^ible. If my said sister should die before I do, I direct that the afor-
<br />said bequest of Fifteen Hundred Dollars to her shall lapse, and direct that the Fifteen Ht?,ndred
<br />Dollars be paid to my beloved nephia,;, and nieces, Henry W.Morse, Mrs Elizabeth A.Chubb and
<br />I1irs. Mary L.Hill. The said nephiew being a son of my deceased brother Justin Morse, of Fenton;
<br />New York, and the said nieces being children of my deceased brother Oliver C.Morse of Binghampton
<br />Broom County New York. If my said sister dies before I do, or if my nephiew or either or
<br />both of ray said nieces, then I direct that the said Fifteen hundred Dollars be paid to the child -
<br />ren of said nephiew or niece or nieces as die before I do share and s"r.are alike as between the
<br />children of my respective nephiei or nieces.
<br />THIRD : I give and bey ;ueath to my beloved nephiew 14arcus L.11orse of Shelton Buffalo County,
<br />iTebraska, who is a son of my deceased brother Elmer J.1dorse who at the time of his death was a

<br />resident of Overbrook Osage County Kansas, the South East tivarter (4} and Lots One Two and Three

<br />(1 -2 -3) all in section Thirty -one (31)Township Nine (9) North of Range T.velve (12) West in Hall
<br />County Nebraska.
<br />FOURTH I give and bequeath to my beloved nephiews and nieces Oliver S.Morse, Elmer J.1,11orse,
<br />lairs. Ella J.Trega:_.bia, Mrs Effie.J.Nead, Elizabeth C.Morse( the latter adopted by Charles C.
<br />Coleman of Overbrook Kansas), 1,11yrtle 1,1,1lorse ( adopted by J.F.Snyder of Topeka Kansas), an Mar- i
<br />shall L.1M;orse (adopted by Earnest Ruter residence unknown) All of whom are children of my decease
<br />brother Elmer J..orse who at the time of his death ,.pas a resident of Overbrook Osage County Kan-

<br />sas, and all of said children are residence of last named State except Marshall L.Morse whose
<br />residence is unk: own to me at the present time, the South Nest tivarter (µ) and Lots Four and
<br />Five (4 -3) all in section Thirty -one (31) Township Nine North of range Twelve ;Vest in Hall Count)t
<br />Nebraska, share and share alike. In case of either of my said nephiews or nieces or any of
<br />them should die before I do, I direct that the share of the same -.hall decend to the lawful

<br />decend to the remaining nephie';rs and nieces named in this paragraph.
<br />FIFTH: I give and bequeath all the residue of my property that I may own at the time of my
