O, <br />Nov, on this 29th day of August 1908 this cause came on for nearing upon the petition of <br />Christ Ronnfeldt, and it satisfactorily appearing to the Court, from the proofs now on file, that <br />all persons interested in said estate have been duly notified by publication as required by law <br />and the order of the court dated August 3, 1908, and no one appearing to object, and there being <br />no objection or protest on file, whereupon the court proceeded with the hearing on the petition. <br />Lena Baasch and Auguste Peterson were sworn and examined and their testimony was reduced to <br />writing and filed. <br />On consideration whereof the court finds that Wilhelm Ronnfeldt departed this life, intestate <br />on the 17th day of July,1901, in Howard County, Nebraska, that at the time of his death he was a <br />resident of Hall County, Nebraska, that he was at the time of his death the owner of the following <br />described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State cf Nebraska, to -wit: Lot Six (6) <br />in Block Thirty -two (32) in Packer and Barris Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, that <br />real estate was th o homestead of the said <br />ti:ie said AWilhelm Ronnfeldt in his life tine, and that the same was of less value, than t 2000.00, <br />to -wit "'750.00; that all claims against the estate of said deceased, if any there be are barred; <br />and that tiieref ore the said real estate is not liable for the debts of the deceased and is v holly <br />exempt from attachment and execution or ether mesne process. <br />The Court finds that the said Wilhelm Ronnfeldt le 'It surviving him as his heirs and his only <br />heirs at lacy, the following named persons: John Ronnfeldt, a son, aged 48 years, residing at <br />Rockyford, Colorado; Henry Ronnfeldt, a son aged 46 years, residing at Dewitt, Nebraska; <br />Christian Ronnfeldt, a son aged 41 years , residing at Grand Island, Nebraska, Charles Ronnfeldt <br />a son, aged 38 years, residing at Avoca, Iowa; Mary Lau, a daughter, aged 51 years, residing at <br />Lutzenburg, Holstein, Germany; Auguste Petersen, a daughter, aged 35 years, residing in Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, and Lena Baasch, c'taughter of a deceased daughter, aged 23 residing at <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, and Christina Ronnfeldt, his widow, now deceased. <br />The Court finds that Administration of the estate of Wilhelm Ronnfeldt, deceased, may be <br />waived, and it is, therefore , Crdered, that Administration of said estate be dispensed S,ith. <br />It is further Considered and Decreed by the Court that the aforementioned and described <br />real estate, to -grit: Lot 6, in Block 32, in Packer and Barris Second Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Flall County, ',e%raska, did Kass and descend at the death of the said Wilhelm Ronn- <br />feldt, to Christina Ronnfeldt, his widow, for the term of her natural life, and at her death to <br />Charles Ronnfeldt, John Ronnfeldt, Henry Ronnfeldt, Christian Ronnfeldt, Mary Lau, Augusta Petersen <br />ad Lena Baasch, in equal shares, to have and to hold to 'hem and their heirs and assigns forever, <br />and that the above nar;aed persons are the sole heirs at law of the said deceased. <br />J.H.Mullin. <br />(COPY) County Judge. <br />State of Nebraska <br />(s <br />Hall County ( In the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />I, .4iullirfi, County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby certify that I have com- <br />pared tte foregoing copy of The Final Decree in the Matter of the Estate of Wilhelm Ronnfeldt, <br />deceased, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct / <br />transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of record <br />having a seal which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign <br />certificates in his own came, and that I am the legal custodian of said seal and of the records <br />of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law. <br />In Testimony Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court, <br />at Grand Island, this 31st clay of August 1910. <br />(SEAL) J.H.Mullin, County Judge <br />Filed for record April 10,1911 at loo' clock 'A.1,R.�fLz_ _ -- <br />�_ - ____ _-- <br />Register of Deds <br />
