<br />Executor, be and the ,same hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account and he is
<br />discharged of his trust.
<br />The Court finds that notice was givon all persons, by r�ublication and by posting, of
<br />the time all Owed and ;.lace appointed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased; that
<br />the time allowed has fully expired; that all claims and demands filed and allowed against said
<br />estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that all claims outstanding against said estate, and
<br />not filed for allowance, if any there be, are .therefore forever barred.

<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged that all ner,�3ons are forever barred from filing or
<br />Netting up any claims or demands against the estate of Wilhelmina Mohr., deceased, and said estate!

<br />The Court finds that the said Wilhelmina ;Mohr left surviving her as herheirs at law ,and her
<br />only heirs at law, devisees and legatees the following named persons:
<br />Wilhelm Robert Kinkle, her son, Cttilie T.I.Rrandt, he'r daughter, and Carl Peter Mohr, her son

<br />The Court finds that the said Wilhelmina Mohr was at the time of her decease the owner of the
<br />following described real esirate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:-
<br />The North half of the North East quarter of Section Twenty - eight (28) in Township Twelve (12) in
<br />Range Ten (10) .
<br />The Court finds that the said Wilhelmina Mohr departed this life on
<br />the 30" day of July 1910, and that she left a last :will and
<br />probate in this court, on the 31st day of August 1910, that
<br />said last will and testament all of the above described rea.'

<br />legacy of Six Hundred Dollars to Cttilie L.Brandt, daughter
