<br />The Court finds that the said John W.Fox left,surviving him as his heirs at law -nd his only
<br />heirs at law., the following persons: - Hattie M.Fox, his widow, and William H.Fox, his son,
<br />Albert J.Fox, his son; Joh,n W.Fox, Jr. his son, and Elizabeth Fox his daug,,hter, and that under

<br />the l title and interest of the said
<br />aw of descent in the State of Nebraska, all of the right
<br />John W.Fox, deceased, in and tosai'd above described real estate, did pass and descend at his
<br />death to the said William R.Fox., Albert J.Fox, John W.Fox,Jr. and Elizabeth Fox, as tenants in
<br />common, subject to the dower interest of the said Hattie M.Fox in the same.
<br />It is therefore Considered by the Court that the interest of the said John W.Fox, deceased
<br />in the real estate above described to-wit:- Lot 2 in Block 127 in Koenig Wiebels A(-.1dition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, did descend at his death to William H.Pcx, Albert J.Fox,
<br />John W.Fox, Jr. Elizabeth Fox, his -.hildren,, subject to the life estate of Hattie M.Fox,
<br />and
<br />his ,,!idow, therein,
<br />The Court finds that the said John W.Pcx, departe,-i this life on the 11th day of July 19021
<br />and that he died intestate.
<br />The Court finds that of his children, above named, John W.Fox, Jr. died on the 8th day of
<br />August,1904 aged 13 years, and that Elizabeth Fox died on the 14th day of 1.larch, 1908, being at
<br />-the time of her death 12 years of age, leaving Hattie MI.Fox, William T1.Fox and Albert J.Fox,
<br />as their heirs, and the sole surviving heirs of Jchn T.Fox, deceased.

<br />Now on this 11th day of March 1911) this cause came on for hearing upon the report
<br />of Hatt :..Fox, .Fox Administratrix of the estate of Elizabeth Fox) deceased, and it appearing to the
<br />satisfaction of the Court, from the proof now on file, that notice of the filing of said report
<br />has been given all persons intere-sted the estate of said deceased and that they have entered
<br />their villuntary appearance and waived notice of the time of hearing, whereupon after a full
<br />examination, the Court finds that said report is correct �-ind ought to be allowed as and for the
<br />final account of said administratrix.
<br />The Court finds that the said Elizabeth Fox was at the time of her death a minor of the
<br />age of 12 years ; that she was living with and supported by her vlother, who supplied all n0coss-
<br />aries of life; that being an infant she was incapable of contracting valid debts of any kind and
