<br />No44 on this 11th day of March, 1011, this cause came on to be heard upon the final report
<br />of Hattie M.Fox, Adninistratrix of the estate of John w.Fox, deceased, and it appearing that the
<br />heirs of said deceased and all persons interested have been nrtified of the filing of said report
<br />and have entered their voluntary appearance herein and waived notice of the hearing thereon,
<br />and after a full examination the court finds that said report is correct in all respects and ought
<br />to be approved; that the Administra.trix has accounted f(-,r all of the estate wh4cjl carne to her
<br />possession; that notice of the time allowed for filing claims was given to all persons interested
<br />as required by law; that the time allowed fcr presenting claims, ,has fully expired; that no claim
<br />of any nature were filed against said estate ; that if there be any claims outstanding against
<br />the estate of John W.Fox, deceased, not presented for allowance, they are therefore forever
<br />barred and precluded.
<br />It is therefore CRDERES), ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of Hattie M.Fox, adminis-
<br />tratrix, be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for her final report and she is
<br />discharged of her trust.
<br />It is further considered that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting up
<br />any claims or demands against the estate of John W.Fox, deceased, and the same is fully closed
<br />and settled.
<br />The Court finds that `lie said John W.Fox was at the time of his death the owner of an
<br />undivided one third interest in Lot Two (2) Block Cne Hundred Twenty -Seven (127) in Koenig &
<br />Wiebe's Addition to the City of. Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, subject to the life
<br />estate of Hannah Fox, widow of Joseph Fox, therein.
