BUTTON, ) <br />DECEASED. ) <br />On this 18th day of February 1911, this cause came on to be heard upon the final report and <br />petition of said Susan Button, Administratrix, for a settlement of said Estate, and it appearing <br />from the proofs on file herein, that all parties interested in said Estate had accepted service <br />of the filing of said report and petition, and asked that same be approved and said Estate closed,; <br />and upon an examination of said report anal account of said Administratrix,*the Court finds that <br />same is correct and ought to be approved; that, as shown by said report,' the said Administratrix <br />:has fully accounted for all propetty coming into her possession, has paid all debts of said Estate <br />and the expenses of administration, and that there is a balance due to her from said Estate of <br />$85.30, which she has waived and remitted. The Court further findsfrom the proofs on file, that <br />due and legal notice, as by lair and the order of Court required, has been given to all creditors <br />of the said Estate of the time and place for filing claims against same, that said time has <br />j <br />f <br />expired and that all claims not filed against said Estate, if any, are forever barred and j <br />precluded. <br />The Court further finds that said deceased died seized of Lots Five (5) and Six (6) in Block ,,One <br />(1), and Lots seven (7) and Eight (S) inl-lock Number Two (2), in the village of Doniphan, Nebraska' <br />as shown by the recorded plat thereof; also of the South -east quarter (SE4) of section Four (4), <br />in Township Nine (9), North of Range Ten (10), West, all in Ball County, Nebraska, and that he <br />-died inteztate and left surviving him, as hio heirs and only heirs -at -law, the following named <br />persons: Susan Button, his widow. Alice J. Jones (formerly Button) his daughter. James R. Button, <br />his son, and Porter J. Button, his son, all over 21 years of age and all residents of Doniphan, <br />Nebraska, <br />The Court further finds that said above described Real Estate, passed and descended, on the death <br />of the said Joseph F. Button, by pperation of lair, one -third in Pee to said Susan Button, widow, a� <br />s <br />and the remainder in fee, in equal shares, to said above named sons and daughter. <br />It is therefore by the Court considered, adjudged and decreed that said final report of said <br />Administractrix be and the same is allowed and approved; that all creditors having claims against <br />said Estate, not filed and allowed, are forevex recluded from filing same and said claims are <br />i <br />
