<br />Catharine Mader, deceased.
<br />Now on this 13th day of February, 1911, this cause came on for hearing upon the final

<br />report of John ..Mader, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Catharine Mader) deceased, and
<br />it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that all persons interested in the estate of said
<br />deceased have been duly notified of the filing of said report and, have waived further notice ther6
<br />of, and it further appearing that said report is correct in all respects and ought to be approvedl
<br />and allowed, it is, therefore,
<br />ORDERED., ADJTM(,IED AND DECREED that the report of John E.Mader, executor,, be and. the same
<br />hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account and he is discharged of his trust.

<br />The court finds that notice was given all persons interested of thellimited and the place
<br />appointed for filing claims against the estate of Catharine Mader) deceased; that all claims
<br />filed and allowed by the court have been fully paid; that the time allowed for presenting claims
<br />has fully expired; that all claims outstanding against said estate and not presented* if any
<br />there be, are therefore,, forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is therefore ORDERED AND CONSIDERED that all persons are forever barred from filing or
<br />r
<br />setting up any claims against the estate of Catharine Mader, deceased,, and the same is fully
<br />settled and closed.
<br />The court finds that the said executor received from all sources the sum of 3019.85 and
<br />has paid out and expended the sum of $ 455.15, leaving in his hands for distribution the sum. of
<br />$2564.70, which sum is to be distributed among the heirs and legatees hereinafter named; and upon;
<br />his filing in this office the receipts of said legatees for their distributive share; he be dis-
<br />charged of trust.
<br />The court finds that the said Catharine Nader., was at the time of her death the owner of
<br />the following described real estate, situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit 1
<br />Lot number Three (5) in Block number One hundred thirty-three (133) in the Union Pacific Railway
