<br />respects and ought to be a7rroved and allowed as and for the final report. It is therefore
<br />ordered, adjudged an Idecreed that the report of Angelia Parkhurst Administratrix of the estsbe
<br />of Joel Parkhurst, deceased, be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for her
<br />final accounting and that she is hereby discharged of her trust.
<br />The Court further finds that notice was given all persons in the manner provided by la•7 of
<br />the time allowed and -.lace anointed for the filing of claims against said estate of the said
<br />Joel Parkhurst, deceased, an..ti that the time so allowed for filing claims against sail estate
<br />has fully expired an! that all of the property belonging to said estate and subject to the pay
<br />ment of debts a ain-t said estate has been fully accounted for and exhausted and that all the
<br />preferred claims filed against said estate has been fully paid and satisfied, that all outstan
<br />ding claims against said estate if any such there be are therefore forever bar-red an.i e-.cluded
<br />It is therefore consi. Bred by the Co,_�rt that all persons are forever barred from,�ting
<br />upgr attempting to enforce any claims or demands against said estate of Joel Parkhurst, deceased
<br />and that said e .tate is f-glly closed and settled.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Joel Pa - khurst departed this life on the 24 day of
<br />January 1906, an_i that he died intestate.
<br />The Court °urther finds that said Joel Parkhurst, deceased, left surviving him as his heirs
<br />at law, and his only heirs at law the following named rersons:- Angelia Parkhurst, his ido�v
<br />Nelson ^arkhur�;t, a ;on agce 23, ?Neva WelS:h ( formerly Parkhurst )a laughter, now of legal age,
<br />Tallace Parkhurot, a Son now about 114 years old, Edith Parkhurst, a :laughter, now about 21 years

<br />of a;a. T�.e Court furt per finis that the said Joel khurst, eta:, at the rime of his death
<br />the owner of the following Jescribed real estate situated in the County of Hall and State of
<br />Tc'e'oraska, to -wit:- The ?north '"Vest' -,),-_iarter of the South East 1, ;darter, and the South east quarter
<br />of the South East :quarter of Section Five (5) in Township Nine (9) Range Eleven (11) 'lest 6th
<br />P.71'4. in Hall County, and that said described real estate was occupied by the deceased and his
<br />family as a homestead, and has so continued to be so occupied since his :death.
<br />The Court further Binds that under the law of decedent in force in the State of Nebraska,
<br />at the time of the A—lath of the said Joel Parkhurst, deceased, said above described real estate
<br />aid pass and desend, at the a-.ath of the said Joel Parkhurst, free of debts in the manner follow-
<br />ing:- Nelson Parkhurst, Wallace Parkhurst, Edith Parkhurst, (now Neva Ifelsh) in equal proportions
<br />share and share :alike, subject however to the homestead right of Angelia Parkhurst, the !widow o"
<br />the said Itoel Parkhurst deceased therein. It is therefore considered and adjudged by the
<br />Court that the North Test y,_ia.rter of the South Fast quarter and the South East quarter of the
<br />South Fast quarter of Section Five (5) in Township Nine (9) Range Eleven ('11) ?hest of the 6th
<br />P.M. in Hall County Nebraska, lid pass and descend in the death of Joel Parkh- urst, deceased,
<br />subject to the homestead rights of of Anelid bakhurst, herein to Nelson Parkhurst,
<br />Wallace
<br />Parkhurst, Edith Parkhurst, and Neva Parkhurst (now Neva '"elsh) in equal shares, to have and to
<br />hold to them and their heirs and assigns forever.
