<br />I. 'Patrick Haley being of sound mind and in reasonable health Blessed be the Lord God-
<br />Do hereby make this my last will and testament for the disposition of my earthly effects both
<br />personal property and real estate: To- -.,it-
<br />I hereby will and Bequeath unto my only daughter Sarah Haley all my real estate as here-
<br />after described. The South half of the North Past Quarter of Section No. Eleven (11) Township
<br />1Vo. Ten (10)North of Range No.Twelve (12) also South half of the North West quarter of section
<br />No.Twelve (12) Township No. Ten (10) North of Range No. T -velve (12) all great of the sixth Prin-
<br />cipal Meridian and in Hall County .Nebraska, also Lots No. seven (7) and Eight (8) in Block "D"
<br />First aJdition to the Town of Mood River Nebraska, also all my Personal property which may be
<br />in stock, credits or cash except as hereinafter provided- to have and to hold ';he same forever a
<br />after my death.- Also to have the whole control of my adopted son John Haley formerly John Kiger
<br />untill he shall become ^1 years of age. It is further provided that in case the said John Haley
<br />my adopted son shall re!.ain with me or my ,laughter untill he shall become _'1 years of age I
<br />hereby will and bequeath unto him the following described property which shall be set out unto
<br />him at the Time he shall become ^1 years o" age To wit One T.am of Horses or the Value thereof
