MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF ) <br />FINAL DECREE. <br />James Leach, deceased. ) <br />Now on this 20th day of August,1910 this cause came on to be <br />heard upon the final report of ?viaggie J.Leach, Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of James <br />Leach, deceased, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, from the rpof now on file, <br />tha all rersons interested in the estate of said deceased have been notified by publication, as <br />required by the order of court, of the filing of said report and of the time and place fixed for <br />the hearing thereon ani for final settlement of said estate, and no one a=ppearing to object to <br />or protest against `he allowance o'° said report , and it further appearing t o the court after a _; <br />full examination of said report that same.is correct,in every respect and should be approved <br />and allowed as the final account of sai, -! executrix, it is therefore, <br />Ordered Adjudved and.Decreed that the report of }taggie J.Leach, Executrix, be and the <br />same is hereby approved and allowed as and for her final account. <br />The Court further finds that creditors of the said James Leach, deceased, were July <br />notifed by publication and by posting, as required by the order of <br />and place arpointed for filing claims against his estate; that the <br />has fully expired ; that all claims filed and allowed against said <br />and satisfied; that all claim ol_:tstanaing against said estate and <br />are therefore ,forever barred and excluded. <br />court, of the time allowed <br />time allowed for filing claims <br />estate have been fully paid <br />not presented, if any therebe, <br />It is therefore ordered and Jecreed that all persons are forever barred from filing or <br />setting up any claims or dem:ani.s against the Dstate of James Leach, deceased, and said :state is <br />fully settled and closed. <br />The court further 17inds that the said Executrix has raid the costs of administration, <br />the funera! e_xrenses and th!� cxrense of the last sickness, and has turned over to the persons <br />entiele.d to receive the iame the balance of the porsonal property coming in to her 1-,ands. <br />The court finds that the said. James Le..ch departed this life on the 20th day of December <br />1909 leaving a last will and testament which was duly �rrobate herein on the 7th clay of January <br />1910. <br />,i <br />1 <br />1 <br />X <br />L <br />The Court finds that the said <br />James Leach was at the time or his death t'1-- owner of the <br />following described real estate, situate in the <br />County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:- <br />The "North 'lest '-Zutarter of Section 20, <br />Township <br />9, in Range 9, and ?sot Number 4, in block number <br />3, of the Village of Doninhan, and that under 'he <br />provisions of his sail ' ast will and testament _ <br />all of said real estate aid pass and <br />de:,cend at <br />his ( death to his •,vidow, Maggie J.Leach,for and <br />during the term of her natural life, <br />for her use <br />and enjoynIent, and at her death the said real <br />estate passes to Luella Proctor, his <br />daughter, <br />to have and to hold to her and to her heirs and <br />assigns forever. <br />It is therefore Considere,_i that the N.;. * of Section 20, Township 9 Range 9 and Lot 4 in <br />Block 3 in the Village of Donirhan, all in Hall County, X- ebraska did pass, and descend at the <br />death of James Leach, uTider the provisions of his last will and testament, to Maggie J.Leach, <br />his widow, for life, and that at her death the same Joscends to Luella Proctor, his daughter, <br />in fee.
